Bio

Bill Troxler is the Founding President of Common Ground on the Hill, President Emeritus of Capitol Technology University and a Fellow of the Washington Academy of Sciences. Bill is a member of Salts, an acoustic trio focused on Celtic music, and original songs relating local history, A multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, he is a gifted teacher and performer, having taught at Augusta Heritage Center and the Swannanoa Gathering. Bill composes orchestral scores to support nature documentaries that have been shown on PBS. He composes music for and is the production engineer for the Bivalve Trail Podcast.
