Russ Lorber is the founder of Wide Roots, LLC, a wine import and wholesale company in Baltimore, MD. Russ is certified by Vinitaly International Academy as an Italian Wine Ambassador, and also has achieved Level 2 with Distinction with the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. He represents winemakers from Italy and Spain, and has traveled extensively in these countries along with France, Germany, Austria, Greece, and the US. The mission of Wide Roots is to combine original and thoughtfully curated wine with an inclusive educational atmosphere that celebrates families, friendships, and diversity.
