Alexandra Lane was born in Czechoslovakia and currently resides in North Carolina. Her work includes portraiture, lifestyle, and floral macro photography in which she tries to convey the beauty hidden in each person, the beauty in everyday life. In 2018, she became a Storytelling finalist among 46,000 entries in the Click Magazine’s Voice Competition. Among other projects she is putting together a gallery exhibit that is intended to open a conversation about the difficulty of a journey through dementia with the purpose of providing a ground for family members and caregivers of people with dementia to connect, support one another, and heal.
