Bio

Debbie Griffin is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice encompasses watercolor painting, weaving, silversmithing, and stained glass. Her work reflects a deep engagement with material and process, exploring the interplay of color, texture, and light across diverse mediums.

In 2025, Griffin presented her solo exhibition 100 Days of Flowers at the William King Museum in Abington, Virginia. The exhibition featured an expansive body of work including watercolor paintings, hand-stitched embroidery, jewelry, and glass pieces, each celebrating the expressive potential of botanical form.

Her stained glass work FloraBunda was exhibited in Florida in Transformation at the Imagine Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida in 2022, highlighting her intricate craftsmanship and sensitivity to organic structure.

Griffin is the co-owner of the Griffin Art Gallery in Jonesborough, Tennessee, where she teaches and mentors emerging artists across multiple disciplines.
