As in former years, the following refund policy is in place:  $100 deposit is due with each registration form; $50 of the deposit fee is non-refundable. Total balances are due by June 1, 2020, to hold your spot in class unless otherwise arranged. No refunds are available within 30 days of the start of the enrolled week.

However, if the coronavirus pandemic makes it impossible for us to offer Traditions Weeks on campus, Traditions Weeks will be offered online. Those not wishing to take online classes will be given a full refund if requested, or may offer their deposit as a tax-deductible gift.
