NOTE: If you have difficulty getting to the Coeus Global page, try switching to browser such a Chrome.

step 1:

Click on the link above to open the Coeus Global website. Scroll down to the "I am a Volunteer, Instructor or Paid Staff" link and click it.

A page will open that includes Instructions and Software Requirements.

NOTE: You will need to have the Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer in order to complete this process. If you need to install it, use the link in the Software Requirements section, and choose Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. DO NOT CHOOSE Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro DC - this is a trial version, and will want you to submit payment!

step 2:

Once you have ensured that you have Adobe Acrobat, continue down to enter your personal information in the spaces provided.

NOTE: Pink blocks are REQUIRED information.

step 3:

In the Order Submission section, click the small "Continue" button.

step 4:

Click the PDF icon, as circled in the image below. This will allow you to download the release form.

NOTE: You can't sign UNTIL you have downloaded the relase form.

STEP 5:

Use your mouse to sign in the indicated signature box. It doesn't have to look perfect!

Hold down the left button while moving your mouse.

When you have signed, you will now see a green "Save signature and authorize the search" button, as below. Click the green button.

step 6:

DON'T SKIP THIS STEP! Click the PDF button in the "Sign the release form" section to download your signed release.

NOTE: If you skip this and try to submit the form, you will be returned to this portion until you click the PDF button.

step 7:

NOW you can click the "Submit this order now" button, circled in the image below.

step 8: COMPLETED ORDER

You should now see an image like that below, that includes an order number. This is your confirmation that you successfully completed the process.

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER NUMBER, THEN YOU WILL NEED TO RESUBMIT FROM THE BEGINNING.
