Learn how to create a Neck Torque in Sterling Silver. Create your own design using positive and negative space. Using a rolling mill, taper a piece of 6 gauge sterling silver wire to approximately to 14 gauge. Then using forging techniques learn to shape into a torque. A gemstone or a pearl can be added, or vine work and leaves. The possibilities are endless!

Limit: 8 students, ages 16 and up

Students should bring:

  • 12” of 6 gauge sterling silver wire
  • 6MM faceted stone
  • 6MM sterling silver tube setting (or stone and setting of your choice)
