Learn the science of making candy in your own kitchen!
Candy making is easy if you have the one secret ingredient -- a spoonful of science! Each day of this hands-on class will involve learning a little candy science, making the recipe of the day in your own kitchen (with access to the instructor to help trouble-shoot), and eating your creation in the company of your classmates (virtually, of course!). By the end of our time together, you will have the knowledge and skills to make a variety of delectable treats that are sure to impress (marzipan, praline, caramel, torrone, and marshmallow). A complete list of required materials and ingredients will be available upon registration. No scientific or baking experience is required.
