Vocalist and instructor Shelley Ensor and YogaRhythmics instructor, Marya Michael join together in this singing and movement class to lead participants to experience exuberance, joy, power, and freedom. No singing or dancing experience is necessary. The class is for every voice and every body! The genres of music will include blues, gospel, jazz, and more. Shelley’s and Marya’s other classes are also listed in the Common Ground catalogue, clarifying what they bring to this class, individually and as a duo! Live music will be provided by Alice Dorsey.
