Tim Scully first came to Baltimore with VISTA in 1975 working in the inner city developing tutorial programs. He founded the Baltimore County Homeless Union; worked with Project Millennium, a music and arts program for adolescents in the Dundalk area, and the Night of 100 Elvises. He is on the Board of Directors for Common Ground. He has recently retired after almost 40 years with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender. For the past decade he has played music and visited with veterans in the VA hospital in Baltimore. He looks forward once again play music with Gordon Roberts and others in The Rambles in the Baltimore area.
