Marya Michael, M. Ed., is a Spiritual Teacher, Healer,  Author, and Speaker.   Love and self-realization have been core to Marya's training and work for over thirty years. Throughout her life, Marya's career has included themes of stress reduction, self-esteem, peace education, multicultural education and dance. Marya provides group sessions on Zoom with topics "Freedom Begins on the Inside," (similar to what is included on Marya's YouTube channel). Marya received her YogaRhythmics teacher training certification through the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA in 1996. Marya's first published work appears in Guided Imagery Vol 1 and 2 (1996). Her first recording is entitled Listening to the Heart in Spirit. Her book and recording, FIRE LOVE: Igniting the Freedom of Your Heart and Soul, received the Top 12 Spirited Women Book Pick List in 2017. Marya is also an officiant ordained by the Center for Soulful Living.
