Hailing from the White Mountains of New Hampshire, Jennifer has been practicing yoga for over a decade. In 2015 she earned her 200-hour Vinyasa Flow certification through Drishti Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica. Four years later she was back with another 200-hour certification, this time in Kundalini Yoga from Yoga at the Ashram in Millis, Massachusetts. In 2019 she continued her studies at Yoga at the Ashram with the course Foundations of Yoga Therapy. Jennifer has taught yoga and mindfulness to teenagers in the backcountry, adults in her community, children at school and the past two years at Common Ground! During the pandemic she has had the wonderful opportunity to work as a mindfulness and yoga instructor for a family who is homeschooling. Jennifer is deeply inspired by nature and enjoys spending time outdoors observing, stretching, hiking, skiing, gardening, swimming and basking in the bounty of the earth.
