Mimi Hay is a fiber artist specializing in creating wearable art and costumes. She has been exhibiting her creations for over 30 years at juried fine art and craft shows around the country. Her wall pieces are installed in numerous businesses, banks, libraries, museums, hospitals, and private homes. Born in Japan, her artwork is influenced by Japanese design and techniques such as Arashi Shibori – Japanese pleating and dyeing.
