Roj Caswell, a 5th generation native of the northeastern Isaan region of Thailand, hailing from the mountainous Mekong River border province of Loei, is well-versed in central Thai cuisine, as well as lesser-known local specialties from her home region. She has resided in the United States with her family since 2014. Roj looks forward to sharing her Thai food and culture with others in this cooking workshop at Common Ground on the Hill.
