Mary Elvira Carter grew up in Brazil, immersed in the contagious and joyful Brazilian rhythms of that music. She studied dance in the School of Folk Dance in Asuncion Paraguay, Latin dances in the Cultural Center of the Guaira Theater in Curitiba, Brazil and at the Danca Conmigo School in the NGO Lider Cidadao in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She created dance groups for adults in Argentina and Uruguay. She is a human resources coach and consultant, with a Business Administration degree from the Federal University of Paraná, Brazil and postgraduate degree in Marketing and Finance. She has worked as an event organizer, coach, and human resources administrator for more than 25 years. She often uses dance as a motivating instrument, giving each student the opportunity to express their soul, give ease to the body and create an environment of fellowship. Dance allows the flow of joy, generating spontaneity and unity among participants.
