Yoga for all levels, including breathing and centering, postures, relaxation and meditation.
This all-levels yoga class is for beginner to intermediate level practitioners. A typical class consists of a period of breathing and centering; posturing (asanas); and relaxation and/or meditation. All poses can be tailored to the individual needs. You can expect every class to be different, with some postures repeating and some new every day. You will finish the 5-day course with a strong foundation to support your own home practice.
Schedule a week or two, or three! Or, just sprinkle some classes in between other commitments.
