This all-levels class starts with the Yang (active) part: slow mindful movement designed to warm up and stretch the body, complemented by the breath training exercises to establish the optimal diaphragmatic breathing. The second part of each class will be the Yin (passive) portion, geared towards supporting the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS; "rest and digest" response). You will finish this course with the knowledge and tools for self-care and stress relief.
