If you need to cultivate a little more calmness in your life, this is the class for you.
Class will use a combination of movement, breathwork, tapping, mindfulness, relaxation, self-massage and other suggestions in hopes to foster awareness, presence and grounding. Please come in comfortable clothes that allow a full range of movement. If possible, having a yoga mat, blanket, and cushion are helpful, but not necessary. We can find a way to work with what is available to you in your physical space and body. The goal of this course is to cultivate a little more calm in our lives.
Schedule a week or two, or three! Or, just sprinkle some classes in between other commitments.
