Rather than attempt to explore the evolution of Scottish music, this class will consist of a daily concert featuring different themes found within Scottish music. Each song will be explained and each 'concert' will include a question-and-answer session. Themes will include Songs of Parting, Songs of Freedom, Anti War Songs, Songs of Robert Burns, Work Songs, Love Songs and Songs from the Islands.
