“I aim to create a relaxed and open learning environment to understand each student's musical strengths and weaknesses. The focus of this class is to identify small habits that prohibit the individual from making meaningful and lasting progress. I understand everyone’s body is unique. I love finding ways to break down what is happening when learning the fiddle and helping the individual craft a personalized approach to navigating the instrument through the foundation of learning the old-time fiddle. My goal is to get you to a place where you feel comfortable with the instrument, learn on your own, and be confident in making beautiful and thoughtful sounds. Along the way, we’ll learn some great tunes.

Nokosee appears this week with the old-time band Boojum.
